Retskraft – Copenhagen Journal of Legal Studies

Udgivelser

All articles published in Retskraft can be downloaded from this page. Printed issues of Retskraft can be picked up at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen by appointment with the Editorial Board so long as the specific issue is in stock. It is possible to subscribe to future printed issues by writing to retskraft@retskraft.dk.

From 2017–2024, issues of Retskraft were given a volume and issue number (volume 1–7, no. 1 or 2) and each issue was paginated separately. From 2025 onward, volumes are identified by year (volume 2025, volume 2026 etc.) and are paginated continously. Articles are published online throughout the year and are collected in a printed volume at the end of the year. Articles from the latter volumes can be cited in the ‘common law style’ as, e.g., “[2029] Retskraft 123” or “2029 Retskraft 123” for an article published in volume 2029 beginning on page 123.
